Welcome to Riham Studio for Jewellery Making. We are delighted to have you join our creative family, and in our commitment to providing a distinctive and organised experience for all trainees, we clarify the following:
First: Postponement of the Training Workshop:
The trainee can postpone the workshop or change its schedule (from the morning session to the evening session or vice versa) by contacting us directly.
The postponement request must be submitted at least two days before the workshop.
After this period, no changes to the booking can be made.
Second: Cancellation of the Training Workshop
If a cancellation request is made more than 72 hours (3 days) before the workshop, the full amount will be refunded.
If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the workshop or in case of no-show, the amount will not be refunded as the number of seats is limited.
General Notes
Please adhere to the schedules to ensure the quality of the experience and the organisation of the workshops.
This policy applies to all workshops held within Reham Studio without exception.
